  • Products made to order or personalized (such as specifically customized parts) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Opened or mounted products can only be returned if they are demonstrably defective or incomplete upon delivery.

3. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective product).
  • We recommend sending the package with tracking or insurance.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once the seal has been broken.
  • Custom-made products or items ordered specifically for you.

5. How to Return a Product

6. Warranty & Defects
